Refund & Cancellation Policy
All About Your Brand LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") sells digital, made-to-order brand intelligence reports delivered electronically as PDF documents. Each report is custom research compiled specifically in response to a customer's request and is not a physical or returnable good.
Because every report is produced through bespoke research and human and automated analysis that begins as soon as an order is placed, the value of our service is fully expended at the moment the work is performed and the report is delivered. There is nothing capable of being "returned," restocked, or resold. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work in light of that reality.
By placing an order, completing payment, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of and should be read together with our Legal & Disclaimer.
Once a report (including any preview, draft, partial, or final version) has been delivered to you, made available for download, or sent to the email address you provided, the sale is final and is not eligible for any refund, credit, exchange, or cancellation. This applies regardless of whether you open, read, download, use, or are satisfied with the report.
Dissatisfaction with the findings, conclusions, data, formatting, or scope of a delivered report is not a basis for a refund. Our reports are compiled from publicly available sources and third-party listings, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and may contain information that is incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate, as more fully described in our Legal & Disclaimer. You acknowledge these limitations before purchase, and they do not entitle you to a refund.
We do not offer free trials, "satisfaction guarantees," or money-back guarantees, and no employee, contractor, or agent is authorized to promise one. Any statement to the contrary does not override this policy unless we confirm it to you in writing signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
Our monthly and annual plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future billing. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] before your next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Please note the following about cancellation:
- Reports already delivered are non-refundable, including those delivered earlier in the current billing period.
- We do not provide partial, prorated, or unused-portion refunds for the billing period in which you cancel. You retain access to the reports and any remaining report allotment for the period you have paid for, where applicable.
- Charges already billed for a completed or in-progress billing period are not refunded upon cancellation.
- Failing to use, download, or request the reports included in your plan does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
It is your responsibility to cancel before a renewal if you do not wish to be charged. A renewal charge that posts because cancellation was not completed in time is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
We want every customer treated fairly. At our sole discretion, and as the exclusive exceptions to Section 2, we may issue a refund or, at our option, re-deliver or correct a report in the following limited circumstances:
- Non-delivery: you paid for a report that we never delivered and that we are unable to deliver to you.
- Technical failure: the delivered file is corrupt, unreadable, or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- Duplicate or erroneous charge: you were charged more than once in error for the same order, or charged due to a clear billing error on our part.
- Materially not as described: the report delivered is for the wrong brand or fundamentally fails to address the request you submitted (this does not include disagreement with the findings, depth, or the inherent limitations of publicly sourced data).
To be considered, requests under this section must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within seven (7) days of delivery (or of the charge, for billing errors), with your order details and a clear description of the issue. We will review in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. Where we offer a correction or re-delivery and it resolves the issue, no monetary refund is due. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory "cooling-off" or right-of-withdrawal period for distance and online purchases, the following applies in addition to the sections above.
Our reports are digital content supplied without a tangible medium, and our research is a service that begins immediately upon order. By placing your order and agreeing to this policy, you expressly request that we begin performance and deliver the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge and agree that you thereby lose any right of withdrawal or cancellation once performance has begun and the digital content has been supplied.
This express consent and acknowledgment is given in accordance with the digital-content and services exceptions to the right of withdrawal under Articles 16(a) and 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and equivalent local laws. Accordingly, once a report has been delivered, no cooling-off refund is available.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection law, including remedies for digital content or services that are not as described or not of satisfactory quality. Where such mandatory rights apply, they prevail over any conflicting term in this policy to the extent required by law.
If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it directly and quickly. Most issues can be settled faster this way than through your bank or card issuer.
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for a report that was delivered in accordance with this policy is a breach of these terms. By purchasing, you agree that this policy — together with your order record, delivery confirmation, and your express consent to immediate performance — constitutes your acceptance of these terms and evidence that the service was knowingly purchased and rendered. We reserve the right to contest any unwarranted chargeback by submitting this policy and the associated records to the payment processor or card network.
We further reserve the right, in the case of an unwarranted or fraudulent chargeback, to suspend or terminate your access to our services and to decline future orders. Pursuing a chargeback does not affect the finality of a delivered sale or your obligations under this policy.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of our services or renewal of a subscription after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The current version is always available on this page.
